On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, patronized here yesterday evening the ceremony honoring the winners of the local competition for Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Award for the Holy Quran Memorization, Recitation and Interpretation in its 19th session in the presence of Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh. Addressing the ceremony, the Prince said that in this prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a great care has been given to the Holy Quran and its memorization, recitation and interpretation; and efforts being exerted in its service and support. For his part, Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh expressed in his speech his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince for their care and encouragement for memorizers of the Holy Quran. At the end of the ceremony, the Prince handed over prizes to the winners of the competition in which participated 123 male and female contestants.
