Yemeni Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar confirmed that support provided by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition will guarantee the protecting Yemen as well as the region against schemes of Iran, which are carried out by subversive hands, in so many states. Al-Ahmar addressing the 2nd Brigade, in Hadramut, vowed to build a strong national army, capable of deterring subversion plans, trying to affect the security of Yemen and the interest of the region as well as the world. He reiterated call to deserted army forces, battling among the ranks of the Coup d'état forces to rejoin the legitimate and internationally recognized government's army, in the liberated areas, in order to guarantee the future of next coming Yemeni generations, defeat all subversive and terrorist dangers targeting Yemen to destabilize it, calling responding to the appeal to defend the motherland a sacred obligation.
