On behalf of the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the leadership wished the Emir constant good health and happiness and his brotherly people steady progress and prosperity. The King also praised the distinguished relations between the two countries and peoples, expressing his keenness on enhancing these relations in all fields.
