The National festival for Heritage and Culture, Janadriyah, in its 31st session this year, is set to open to visitors on Thursday, Maj. General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Zamil , Janadriyah Security Commander said. The festival will be patronized by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz. Organized by the National Guard annually, the festival is a historic and cultural event to showcase the Kingdom's history and its present-day prosperity. one of the main entrances to Janadriyah Al-Zamil said King Salman will open the King Abdullah and the Customs exhibitions at the festival, besides the Egypt pavilion, the guest country this year. This year, visitors can avail of mobile phone applications to guide them to the gates, parking lots and pathways. the entrance to the Germany section, Germany will be the guest of honor in Janadriyah 31 A highlight of the festival is the Global Villages section, which resembles an international market for products from Saudi Arabia, Gulf states, Yemen, Egypt, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, China, etc. The festival will be open to visitors from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm for 17 days. A special gate is allocated for persons with special needs on the eastern side of the venue.
