The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud thanked Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi for warm welcome and generous hospitality during his concluded official visit to Egypt. In a departure cable, the monarch expressed happiness to have concluded a nice visit and held fruitful talks with President Al-Sisi on ways to further consolidate the historic ties between the two countries, citing the warm welcome of the speaker, members of the house of representatives as well as the Egyptian people. He described the talks he had with President Al-Sisi and other senior Egyptian officials as confirming the depth of the historic ties between the two countries and peoples and their joint wish to enhance cooperation in all fields and that the visit have yielded great positive results and made several qualitative additions with positive indications and reflections on the strategic relations to best serve the common interests of the two countries as well as the Arab and Islamic nations, wishing the President every health and happiness and the Egyptian people steady security, stability and prosperity.
