The 1st batch of the Muslim guests of the Program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for Umrah and Visit for this lunar year arrived in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah yesterday. Senior religious officials received the 30-member group at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz international airport. For his part, Abdullah bin Midlej Al-Midlej, the supervisor of the secretariat general of the program, gave an account on the Kingdom's diversified guest program, citing the monarch's Hajj guests program which was kicked off in 1417 (1996) benefiting more than 24, 000 pilgrims from more than 150 countries, the King's Palestinian guests program which invited more than 13,000 relatives of martyrs in addition to Umrah and Hajj program which started last year (1436 H.) receiving three batches at a rate of 250 female and male performers for each.
