The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of New Zealand signed a bilateral agreement to set a comprehensive regulatory framework for air operation between the two countries at the headquarters of the General Authority of civil Aviation here yesterday. The agreement was signed on the Saudi side by Captain Abdulhakim bin Mohammed Al-Badr, the Authority's Assistant President for Safety, Security and Air Transport on behalf of the General Authority of civil Aviation, and by New Zealand's Ambassador to the Kingdom Hamish McMaster.
