The Cabinet issued two decisions during its session held yesterday under the chairmanship of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Cabinet decided that airline ticket issue order shall be granted to civil and military employees according to the following classes: 1- Economy class for employees on Rank 11 or below. 2- Business class for employees on Ranks 14, 13 and 12. 3- First class for employees on Rank 15 and above. The Cabinet also decided the following: First: Amending prices of energy products to be as follows: 1- Gas ($1.25 / MBTU) 2- Ethane ($1.57 / MBTU) 3- Propane (0.80 * average previous-month-price of a ton of Propane in Japan subtract shipping and insurance price from Ras Tanourah to Japan) 4- Butane (0.80 * average previous-month-price of a ton of Butane in Japan subtract shipping and insurance price from Ras Tanourah to Japan) 5- Natural Gasoline (0.80 * average previous-month-price of a ton of Natural Gasoline in Japan subtract shipping and insurance price from Ras Tanourah to Japan) 6- Kerosene ($25.70 / Barrel) 7- Industry Diesel ($14.00 / Barrel) 8- Transport Diesel ($19.10 / Barrel) 9- Arabian Light Crude Oil ($6.35 / Barrel) 10- Arabian Heavy Crude Oil ($4.40 / Barrel) 11- Heavy Fuel Oil 180 ($4.25 / Barrel) 12- Heavy Fuel Oil 380 ($3.80 / Barrel) 13- Gasoline RON 91 ($0.75 / Liter) 14- Gasoline RON 95 ($0.90 / Liter) This shall take effect as of the next day of the decision's issuance date. Second: Amending tariff of electricity consumption to be as follows: 1- Housing Sector: 1-2000 KWH/Month (SR0.05 / KWH) 2001-4000 KWH/Month (SR0.10 / KWH) 4001-6000 KWH/Month (SR0.20 / KWH) 6001-more KWH/Month (SR0.30 / KWH) 2- Commercial Sector: 1-4000 KWH/Month (SR0.16 / KWH) 4001-8000 KWH/Month (SR0.24 / KWH) More than 8000 KWH/Month (SR0.30 / KWH) 3- Industrial Sector: Average tariff KWH/Month (SR0.18 / KWH) 4- Agricultural Sector and Foundations: 1-2000 KWH/Month (0.10/KWH) 2001-4000 KWH/Month (0.10/KWH) 4001-5000 KWH/Month (0.12/KWH) 5001-8000 KWH/Month (0.12/KWH) More than 8000 KWH/Month (0.16/KWH) 5- Governmental Sector: All consumption KWH/Month (0.32/KWH) This shall take effect as of the first day of the next month of the decision's issuance date.
