Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi received in Cairo yesterday Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the outset of the audience, President Al-Sisi welcomed the Deputy Crown Prince and his accompanying delegation in their second country. For his part, the Deputy Crown Prince expressed thanks to and appreciation of the President for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and his accompanying delegation. The Deputy Crown Prince conveyed to the President the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. For his part, President Al-Sisi sent his greetings to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. During the audience, the close bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries and ways of developing them were reviewed and a number of issues of concern at the Arab and Islamic arenas, the developments in the Middle East and the efforts being exerted by each of the two countries towards them were discussed. Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense arrived in Cairo earlier this evening. At Cairo International Airport, he was received by Prime Minister Eng. Sharif Ismael; Foreign Minister Sameh Shukry; Minister of Investment Ashraf Salman; Minister of International Cooperation Dr. Sahar Nasr; Saudi ambassador to Egypt Ahmed Gattan, who is also his country's Permanent Representative to the Arab League; Egypt's ambassador to the Kingdom Afifi Abdel Wahab; and a number of officials of the Egyptian government and Saudi bureaus in Egypt.
