Director General of Saudi Arabian Airlines Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser said that the Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) is planning to obtain 200 aircraft by 2020, in addition to increasing seat capacity and internal flights, along with access to new international stations. At an executive meeting today, Al-Jasser added that the Strategic Plan for SAUDIA aims to double what has been achieved during the past 70 years of its age by increasing the fleet, and raising the number of aircraft from the current number of 119 to 200 aircraft by 2020.
