I shall continue today with articles that go back to dates that do not go beyond last Tuesday and Wednesday, and ignore once again the Israeli press and its distortions. This press, for instance, claimed three weeks ago that Joe Stork, a senior member in the Human Rights Watch organization, hates Israel. But then who doesn't? It also alleged that another member of the organization, Marc Garlasco, is a collector of Nazi memorabilia. Here, I would like to ask: regardless of whether the man is a collector of these artefacts or not, or of whether he decides to walk naked on the street, does this negate the fact that Israel is occupying Palestinian lands and committing crimes against them every day? In any case, Israel would have never dared to commit all of its crimes, had it not been for its accomplices, lobby, apologists and warmongers. Again, I would like to ask the reader about his judgment towards Israel, which in two consecutive weeks, found itself quarrelling with both Sweden and Norway; in other words, a militarist occupying country, founded on the myths of the Torah, is facing off with two Scandinavian countries - the practical epithets of humanity, peace and civilization- in ethical issues. The Likudnik Washington Times newspaper published an editorial last Tuesday entitled “Hamas and the Holocaust”. In it, it raised the question about whether young Palestinians should learn about the Nazi Holocaust. The answer came saying that Hamas only wants to teach children that the holocaust is a lie. In fact, this real subject is about the fact that UNRWA, an international aid organization, is denying the presence of chapters about the Holocaust in textbooks that are used in the Palestinian schools under its supervision. I had criticized before both David Irving and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's practice of denying the Holocaust, and slammed all Arabs and Muslims who deny a crime that we did not actually commit. This atrocity was rather perpetrated by the Christian West against the Jews, following centuries of horrific anti-Semitism. Yet, the West did not pay the price for the Holocaust, and has forced the Palestinians, instead, to pay it, by losing their homeland on grounds that are inspired from implausible religious myths. The Palestinians are still paying the price every day. However, the Likudnik Washington Times, which supported the war on Iraq, and every other war against Arabs and Muslims, wants the Palestinians to learn about the Holocaust, instead of raising the children in Gaza on “a bitter hatred against Jews”. In this regard, I want to say that the children of Gaza are living in a large Nazi concentration camp, and no one needs to teach them to hate Israel, its army, its government and its settlers, since these youngsters are being considered as the latter's victims, each and every day. This dates back to times prior to the establishment of Israel, then to its establishment, from the massacre of the Ghalia family on the beach, to the family that was murdered while raising white banners, and to the women and children who were killed in their homes. On the same day that this despicable newspaper was publishing its Likudnik editorial, the B'Tselem group - the Israeli human rights organization in the occupied Palestinian territories - was publishing a report on the Gaza war, confirming all what the Arab side has been saying about it all along: there were 1400 people killed in the war, half of whom were civilians, and among those were 252 minors, i.e. individuals under 16 years of age. If we take the number of minors, the figures published by B'Tselem show that between 29/9/2000, which is the start of the second intifada, and the end of 2008, the number of deaths reached 955 among Palestinian children, against 133 killed among Israeli ones. This is a ratio of seven to one, i.e. a quintessentially Nazi ratio, not to mention the numbers related to this year, including the young victims of the war in Gaza. I will leave the last word for the Israeli journalist Amira Hass, who is an Amira [Ar. Princess] in her morality: In the day following the publication of the Washington Times editorial, Hass wrote an article in Ha'aretz entitled “Why stop with Elbit?”. The subject it raised was about Norway's decision to withdraw its investments in Elbit Systems, an electronic defense systems company. This decision was taken because this company developed special systems for the racial segregation wall being built in the Palestinian territories, and which divides villages and separates the members of the one family. Hass wondered why Norway stopped at Elbit, and suggested that the same be done with other companies including Israeli and foreign groups that have built their plants in the settlements, and the Israel banks that give loans to the settlers. Hass also pointed out that “the Coalition of Women for Peace”, which is a group of Israeli women, published a list of more than 40 companies profiting from the construction of the segregation wall. Therefore, and to sum things up, we have an Israeli journalist, along with Israeli university professors, calling for the boycott of these Israeli companies. Then, we have the International Committee of the Red Cross that has recorded the many incidents of violations by Israel against the Arab laws, and also a report by judge Richard Goldstone, from United Nations, about human rights, as well as Sweden and Norway taking stances against Israel in two consecutive weeks, and before them all, Christian American churches that have decided to stop their investments in Israel, because of the latter's crimes against the Palestinians. All of the above is not the mere opinion of the victimized party in Israel; it is rather the opinion of the whole world.
