Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah committed a big mistake, one which he will not be able to fix no matter how hard he tries, after he became involved in the killing of the Syrian people. This will soon carry repercussions on his party and its supporters, now that this party is being called in some circles “the party of the devil" and after hostility towards it has clearly escalated on the Arab street. It seems that the arrogance which accompanies power made Nasrallah forget that shedding blood is not like pouring water, or as the saying goes: blood leads to blood. At last, Nasrallah's slogans were exposed and the pretext related to Palestine and the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque has collapsed. It has been confirmed that instead of preparing his fighters to combat Israel (in the south), he is sending them to kill the Syrians (in the north), thus betraying people who raised his pictures, supported him, and opened their hearts and homes to him and his fighters throughout two decades. Over the past years, the jug kept falling and breaking. But the clay would be molded again to allow the others to share its water. However, following Hezbollah's blatant intervention and killing of the Syrians, the jug broke a thousand times O Sayyed Hassan. You are not as smart as you used to be, the clay can no longer be manipulated, and the water in the jug can no longer be shared, considering that no one will accept to coexist with you and your party in the region except those who are without dignity and are seeking untainted Iranian money! Nasrallah's recognition of his party's participation in the killing of the Syrians was not made willingly. Indeed, he was rather forced into it after he became unable to conceal the daily funerals organized for his soldiers in the Southern Suburb, before the eyes and ears of all the Lebanese and the media outlets. This made the entire region aware of the falsehood of his slogans and pushed it to turn against him in light of the horrific acts targeting Syria's children. The insightful individuals who have been closely watching the Lebanese scene, know how hard it has been for the Lebanese to converge with Hezbollah's militia since it invaded Beirut in 2008, after the party eliminated all chances of coexistence and imposed its control and hegemony over the state institutions by use of arms, and after its elements practiced killings, kidnappings and the closing of the airport and roads! Those dark days, which pushed the Lebanese to recall the civil war, reflected reality, especially since Hassan Nasrallah bragged about his affiliation with Vileyat-e Faqih and his implementation of the order of his masters in Iran. In my opinion, but also in that of others, Beirut's invasion marked the beginning of the exposure of Hezbollah's plans before the Arab public which was duped by its slogans, considering that it allowed sectarianism to prevail. Hence, the party's goals were exposed, after it pointed its weapons towards its compatriots although it had been claiming that its arms were only directed against the enemy. And this meant that the Lebanese were the enemy! In reality, both Hezbollah and the Syrian regime abide by Iran's orders, and they will continue to fight until the last breath and at whichever cost in order to impose a fait accompli which could not be imposed through the use of force, thus achieving Iran's dream of establishing a Shiite Crescent from Iraq to Syria and Lebanon. And there is no doubt that Hezbollah's recent tying of its fate to Syria's – as per Nasrallah's speech – will transfer the war to Lebanon on sectarian bases. The seriousness of this scenario is clearly seen in the ongoing battles in the Syrian city of Al-Quseir, which is a strategic area for the two sides of the conflict. Indeed, Al-Assad wishes to oust his oppositionists from it to secure the road linking Damascus to his regime's strongholds along the Mediterranean shores, while the oppositionists want to control it and secure the supply lines across the border with Lebanon, and prevent Al-Assad from achieving victory in a battle that would strengthen his position if the Geneva Conference is held. But are Nasrallah's confessions and threats to fight alongside Al-Assad's army a war declaration against the Syrians solely? Or do these threats carry a clear Iranian message saying that Tehran will activate its sleeper cells in some states of the region, in parallel to the horrendous acts committed by Hezbollah in Syria, in order to scatter the efforts of the international community and burn the region with sectarian and civil wars? There is no doubt that Nasrallah's decision came in response to and upon orders from Iran, to support their ally Al-Assad regardless of the outcome. This requires the European and Arab states to classify Hezbollah as a terrorist organization, following in the United States' footsteps at this level, and not to delay the arming of the Syrian opposition. In the past, Lebanon was the scene of the battle. But today, the battles are turning towards the Syrian territories, and Nasrallah's last speech and Bashar al-Assad's interview on the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar channel feature one thing in common, i.e. the wish to lead Syria, Lebanon and the entire region towards the unknown. This is especially true after Hezbollah's slogans and Hassan Nasrallah's card burned. What is certain is that the current evidence – as per the reports – points to the fact that the Syrian crisis will last a long time, that the number of victims will increase dramatically and that Al-Assad's forces, Hezbollah, and the Revolutionary Guard will continue to perpetrate massacres if the Free Army is not armed or if no international decision is taken to stage a military intervention and protect the Syrian people.
