America's military has not won a war since it officially got rid of mules in December 1956. From Korea to Vietnam to the banana republics of Central and South America, and Afghanistan and Iraq in recent years, United States forces have not won any war. Before mules were dismissed from the military, they had won every war since the War of Independence. I promise readers, if they remain with me after this introduction, that this column will have something entertaining and useful. I had begun with foxes and wolves, and ended with mules. The wolves and foxes are the neoconservative supporters of Israel, or the American war cabal that caused the deaths of a million Arabs and Muslims in failed wars led by George W Bush for deliberately trumped-up reasons. I warned that the neoconservatives, who have a very high percentage of extremist pro-Likud American Jews, are still in positions of influence inside and outside the US administration. They will return to the White House if Mitt Romney wins the presidential election. These war criminals should be tried in court, and there is sufficient evidence to convict them. They caused unjustified wars, destroyed or nearly destroyed the US economy, and dragged the global economy down along with it – but they are brazenly trying to return, with Romney, even though the great majority of American Jews are moderate liberals, who are not represented by the extremists. I knew the US had not won a war since the service of mules was discontinued in the 1950s, after 125 years of service in which America's military never lost a war. While checking the information I found many items, including the book "The History of the U.S. Army Mule," which interested readers can order through Amazon. After doing some research I discovered that the father of American independence, George Washington, enjoyed the hobby of breeding mules, after he received a mule from the king of Spain mated with a mare, and this was the beginning. The mascot of the military academy at West Point is three mules, dating back to 1899, as a response to the Navy's mascot, a goat (and a bear named Edward is the mascot of Britain's Sandhurst Military Academy). In World War II, 56,000 horses and mules served in the US military. I have no better sign of the relationship between mules and victories by America's military, and the lack thereof, and their defeat, than Afghanistan and the Soviet occupation in the 1980s. Ed Caeser sent 1200 mules to help the Afghan mujahideen against the occupation. We know that the USSR was defeated in Afghanistan and this defeat was the beginning of the end of the Soviet Union. Staying with the topic of Afghanistan, the Marines have a Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, California, which trains students in how to use mules, just as the Marines saw during their stay in Afghanistan. A mule is the offspring of a donkey and a horse. Thus, we have heard the expression, "The mule was ridiculed for being the son of a donkey; he replied, 'the horse is my uncle'." It is a mix that is sterile, due to the mixing of genes. This is why I feel that neoconservatives, the vilest people on the planet, and always warmongering, are like mules. They have no pure origin and no future, especially if Barack Obama wins a second term and treats them like they deserve. They are now at war with him and he is quiet, hoping to return to the White House. What I wanted to say, before the mules took me away from my original topic, is that the idea the neoconservatives went away with George Bush is a mistake. They continue to exercise influence in the administration, and in 2009 we saw how Chas Freeman was nominated to head the National Security Council, and how this was quickly withdrawn when it turned out it did not support Israel blindly, like the war cabal. Today, I see neoconservatives in the administration of Obama, not Bush, as much more dangerous. After the positions taken by Russia and China against the US, as with Syria recently, the White House decided to "militarize" the Pacific Ocean, after funding the Russian opposition to rein in Vladimir Putin. The US is now funding the construction of a military base on an island belonging to South Korea; it is trying to bring the Philippines into its plans, and announced that the South China Sea was an area of national interest of the US. A country that was defeated in Afghanistan and Iraq will not win against Russia and China, and, I will add, any self-respecting mule can see this. Tomorrow, I will continue with the neoconservatives, but without any mules. [email protected]
