As the readers know, all Arab counties, without exception, are non-democratic. They lack human rights and the full freedom of expression within the scope of the law, and they also lack an independent judiciary, accountability, transparency, and women's rights. I have expressed this opinion in this column time after time and I express it today in protest against some readers who write me claiming that I defend this or that Arab country, this faction or that organization. My job does not consist of defending any Arab country, especially that it is hard to defend Arab countries in their current conditions. What I am doing is assaulting the other party and uncovering its falsehood, its Likudist inclinations, and its hatred for the Arabs and Muslims. Hence, I have many remarks about Hezbollah's performance in Lebanon, such as the May 7 “parade”, but I support the party against Israel at all times. I have similar remarks about Hamas, including its secession from the Gaza Strip and its role in the national unity negotiations in Cairo; however, I support Hamas against Israel until an independent Palestinian state is established or until the Hour of Resurrection. On the other hand, I attacked the Bush administration, the neocons, the Likudists, and the Israeli lobby. Consequently, I once heard that I defend Egypt, while I once heard that I defend the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Syria or Jordan (the evil gang tries to promote the idea of a substitute homeland for the Palestinians in Jordan, which is totally rejected). When I attack the other party, I say that Egypt is the largest Arab country and remind the readers of the difference between the Egyptian government and the Egyptian state with which all the Arabs rise and fall. I have read about campaigns targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but I need to say in this regard that the Arab initiative was originally launched by King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz when he was crown prince. I also need to say that the two-state solution is an American stance mentioned in a letter sent by George W. Bush to the then crown prince after the latter had threatened him with boycotting the United States. In other words, the peace process on which negotiations are conducted today is the making of Saudi Arabia's king. This is documented information, not an opinion, while the above represents my stance on Syria in the face of Israel and its supporter, the US, as the assault on Syria has never receded or stopped. I also support Syria against Israel without inquiring about the details, as the issue is a clear-cut one for me. I had referred to a campaign launched by Israel's gang against Saudi Arabia and said that the Saudi government must have done something that aroused the gang's anger. Today, I have two new examples taken only from the first week of this month: - The London Sunday Times daily published a news item titled “Saudis give nod to Israeli raid on Iran” by Uzi Mahnaimi in Tel Aviv and Sarah Baxter, the daily correspondent in Washington. The news item is false and of the black media type, while Mahnaimi is an Israeli and his sources are usually the Israeli intelligence. He could have really reported what he heard from it, but the job of the intelligence services consists of lying, conspiring, and falsifying. According to the news item, Mossad Chief Meir Dagan met earlier this year with Saudi officials, and the Saudis “tacitly agreed to the Israeli air force flying through their airspace” to hit Iran. I do not know where to start and where to end. Meir Dagan, a war criminal and Ariel Sharon's accomplice in the 1970s, is accused of killing Palestinian captives with his own hands. Over the past days, Israeli dailies have referred to resignations in the Mossad in protest against him … This suggests that the criminals themselves could not put up with his filthy character. I have a clear and documented reply to this deceit. The Saudi government, after the Khobar Towers blast, completely refused the US participation in the investigation; it even refused to hand over to the US the investigation results, so as not to give any US administration a pretext to deal a blow to Iran as punishment. Today, it is said in a news item that Saudi Arabia will share with Israel an operation against Iran, and that it thwarted a potential plan against Iran by the US, not Israel. My witness is Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, the second Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister. - Likudist websites are still attacking Saudi Arabia regarding the issue of the claim made by the victims of the 9/11 terror for compensations. In front of me is a news item titled “The Saudi Pattern of Deception” by those who invented deceit. My witness this time is Prince Turki al-Faisal, the former head of Saudi intelligence. Al-Qaeda's background lies in the mujahideen against the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, while Taliban was created by the Pakistani military intelligence that convinced the Americans of them before they reached the Saudis. I had referred to this information before all the subsequent events, which proves that what I wrote was not triggered by them. All that I am saying is that it seems that the Saudi government is still doing what angers the evil gang, and I hope that it will keep doing it, while I admit that I do not know what it is about. http://www.j-khazen.blogspot.com/
