The Anti-Defamation (of Jews) League (or ADL) includes among its members extremists who support each and every Israel government, including the current fascist government headed by Benjamin Netanyahu. This lobby's name has always been linked to spies, or those accused of spying for Israel, since its members always place the interests of Israel above all others. Before I carry on, I want to put it on the record that Israel is the worst enemy of U.S. interests around the world. Hostility towards the American policy is caused, first and foremost, by the U.S. commitment to Israel even as it murders, destroys and occupies. Then Israel enjoys the absolute support of Congress, where allegiance can be easily purchased and sold, to the extent that the Jewish congressman Eric Cantor, a Republican from Virginia, has demanded that aid to Israel be handled by the Department of Defense instead of the State Department. This is so that he can vote against other foreign aid given to any state that opposes Israel. Hence, it is my belief that Israel and its “lobbies” in Washington are the ones responsible for all terrorism in the Middle East, especially that which targets the United States. Returning to the league/lobby, ADL circulated a list of ten “anti-Israel” groups in the United States, in which ADL's director Abraham Foxman claimed that “While there are hundreds of groups that organize and participate in various anti-Israel activities, we have identified the largest and most well-coordinated anti-Israel groups”. The "accused" groups come as follows: -Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER). This group was founded after the terrorist attacks of 11/9/2001 and is opposed to Zionism while sympathizing with the Palestinians, and has a working relationship with a number of similar organizations around the world. - Al-Awda. This coalition is active on university campuses, advocating the right of return for Palestinian refugees, and has ties to several international organizations concerned with human rights. Al-Awda is very active online, and hardly a day goes by without having Al-Awda mentioned in news related to the Palestinian cause. - The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). This group was founded in 1994 to defend Islam and Muslims. Its activities increased significantly following the terrorist attacks of 11/9/2001, making it a target for extremist Zionist groups that accuse it of supporting “terrorism” while failing to offer any proofs, proving only the extent of their extremism and racism and the council's worthiness. - Al-Sabeel. This group is an international peace movement founded by Palestinian Christians in the Holy Land. The group has published ecclesiastical documents defending the rights of the Palestinians in their land, and responding to the lies of the occupation. - “If Americans Knew”. This group was founded by the humanitarian American journalist Alison Weir, who traveled throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip in 2001. She found that the situation on the ground is the opposite of what Americans hear and read on the subject. The group has ties to several major U.S. universities, and periodically issues correct information on the plight of the Palestinians. - The International Solidarity Movement (ISM). This group was founded in 2001 by Palestinian and Israeli activists to resist the apartheid enforced by Israel against the Palestinians. ISM supports protests in Palestinian villages against the occupation, and sends updates of correct facts on Israeli violations to the international media. - Jewish Voice for Peace. This group was founded by Jewish activists and it works on advocating peace in the Middle East. Its members proclaim that peace is possible on the basis of justice and full equality between the Palestinians and the Israelis. Its Advisory Board comprises some of the most prominent Jewish thinkers and artists. - The Muslim American Society. This group was founded in 1993 as a religious, charitable and educational non-profit organization. It has since expanded to more than 50 chapters across the United States. Its focus is on conveying the true image of Islam and defending Muslims, along with its work in charity and education. - Students for Justice in Palestine. This organization was founded at the University of California at Berkeley (and some assert it was started at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign). The group is now present on various U.S. university campuses. It seeks to promote justice, human rights and self-determination for the Palestinian people. - The US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation. This is an American group that supports the Palestinians and that brings together around 250 organizations under its umbrella, all seeking to influence U.S. policies. The group also opposes racial segregation against Palestinians in their country, and is internationally active in this field. I have more and I will continue with them tomorrow. [email protected]
