Half a century ago means of excitement and provocation was restricted to press and radio broadcasting. BBC was the resort for those who were seeking objectivity. Although it was drafting news which apparently looks neutral, BBC was, and still is, well known for this media skills. The trend then was to direct the course of event to the advantage of one side of the dispute in such way known as power of the politicized media. Today's generation is going through an unprecedented scientific revolution of the advanced means of communication, flow of information and the direct broadcasting of breaking news throughout the world. However, the Arabic media have crossed the broadcasting and publication line from an ethical point of view and ignored the negative impact on the under aged. Arab media channels do not hold back broadcasting scene of violence, shootings and views of maimed and torn disemboweled bodies. They disregard children and young people who, unlike older member of the family who are not moved by those scenes, cannot fully make sense of these events. This could give them the false impression that killing is a normal and legal act and create a feeling of carelessness. Psychologists, social and humanities scientists warn of exposing minors, who cannot accommodate such shocks, to scenes of violence and killings so as not to affect their psychological and mental health that may stick in their memories for long period of time. Developed countries warns viewers in advance about disturbing live conflicts broadcasting, such as in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa and elsewhere wars, to prevent their children from seeing those scenes. This prevention extends to indecent and violent scenes in movies and soap episodes. Broadcasting in Arab channels should be subjected to the internationally recognized broadcasting code of practice. The is not a political or inciting a front over the other in order to win money and viewers. It is rather a necessary action to observe the code of practice as subsequent effects will cast negatively on the future generations. The basics of rising up minors dictate that what they learn in their early days determines their future behaviors. Cases at the mental clinics and hospitals are a clear example of effects of home and streets which result in deviation. This situation should be governed in a moral and professional manner.
