Libya has neighbored two revolutions; in Tunisia and Egypt. And President Gaddafi used to advocate every communist or patriotic revolution with slogans of anti-imperialism and the like. He also called Libya the Jamahiriah (a name derived from the word Jumhour meaning literally "audience" and implicitly "the public"). Other African leaders also expressed their allegiance to him as the King of Kings, or the "Shahinshah"of the black continent. There are also other practices that led to striking some locations in his country, and make him accept to pay sizable compensations for "Lockerbie", and give up his nuclear project to be dismantled and sent away out. He kicked the Palestinians and prevented the Egyptians of entering, and he aroused prolonged conflicts with Arab countries and with Chad. Even the Iranians were touched with his blessings represented in a financial and martial support. This dissipation of wealth occurred under impulses that contradict the commonsense whereas the country's incomes were unable to ensure the simplest means of living for the Libyan people that is relatively small in terms of the population, and big in terms of its resources and wealth. What took place in the two neighboring countries was transmitted to the Libyan street. There are some who said that the national casualties were killed by African mercenaries, which is very dangerous to allow intruders into the country, and what is more is that such a case would shake the trust of those who headed to the squares to support the authority, because letting foreigner elements into the country, of whatever background, means that the developments will take another direction. The Europeans tried to resort to the mercenaries in their wars, but they turned into a burden for the politics and the security. Libya is not out of the circle of what is happening in the region as he who breaks his fears in request for equality with other nations should no longer be concerned about the dominations of the military and the police as it was the oppression phenomenon that transformed the military government into what is worse than occupation. What is strange is that the "revolutionary" Libya is fighting the modern public revolutions it founded through its policies and objectives. We are against chaos and killing innocent people, or spreading radicalism within the one society. However, the question here is: who founded the grounds for such revolutions and set barricades in front of the people, and organized secret armies to protect the system?! Coup governments continued to have great faith in its revolutionary trend, or moderation, or the creation of alliance with external forces; the Soviet Union in the past, and with Imperialists in the present, and also with the half-revolutionary. These double standard situations cannot be overlooked by the qualified nationals, and even by the illiterate who confront justice in their daily life and who are deprived of practicing the concept of being a national. Revolution, in classical terms, fell down with the falling of the communist camp because its justifications are gone, and the failure of its proposals and administrations became certain. Gaddafi alone is still welcoming the wave, and we cannot understand how can the titles "the revolutionary leader" and "the king of the kings" - for the Africans – be combined while it was him who fought everything belongs to royalty?! This is an unprecedented case of confusion. However, with the absence of social pillars based on accountability and judgment in Libya, just as the other similar military leaderships, there is no chance for an anti-coup, which made the people carry out their role based on the logic of the "new change generation" represented in their figures, characters and young men. And Libya won't be invulnerable against what happened within and without its surroundings. He who calls on and demands for radical reforms has long been the first foe for the military governments, however, the equation has changed and the past is no longer a valid technique to treat the present because the clock itself is now going counterclockwise, and the local and international timings have thereby changed.
