The connection between Arab Gulf Countries started from GCC. Many took about the economical, political and social symmetry. Outlines not strategies are drawn to make the logical integration which erases the geographic or population issues, the law of the jungle illusion and the deform of identity. But the defense evidence is that dangers appeared outside GCC. However doubts, mistrust and foreign protection illusion hindered the establishment of a parallel force to the unstable Arabic forces. To this moment we think that we are the most stable because of financial issues but Kuwait Occupation, Iran ambitions and international balance changes assumes that change occurred in Bahrain and Oman, and that Arab countries change is a matter of time. Oman and Bahrain are members of GCC, this membership must be validated because they need direct and fast support during the current protests nowadays. We are not talking about charity or temporary solutions but exceeds to security issues. The situation in both countries will be reflected directly to other Gulf countries; so, we must start a summit to determine the outlines for a long-term development project not only a donation but understanding the economical status and resources decrease then setting five-year or ten-year plan to cover the shortage in unaccomplished projects as jobs, houses and infrastructure. We must follow the model of Western Europe which made funds and great project in Eastern Europe plus accepting their members in Europe Union. This was not out of sympathy or a compensation for Soviet Union era but a duty even if it costs us billions as Western Germany paid to join Eastern Germany. Bahrain and Oman are not such a burden as those countries; yet their needs will not scratch the economy of other petroleum countries. We took a lot about GCC, it's time to act accordingly to see the actions not hopes and hindered ideas regardless some conflicts on borders or others. GCC and its security is a one-way road, any part will be damaged will expose the road to cracks on security and economy levels. It is not logical to watch the status of both countries only, because the fact assured that we must take our responsibility. What is happening today is a public expression which required a fund paid by rich Gulf countries to cover the basic needs of both countries. This will be a step to confirm the cooperation concept amid these countries. When the problem is over, we will prove to our people and the world as well that we are bonded by aims and we are an inseparable group; but we must do that before the flood drown us all.
