He refused to knuckle under the power of Israel except with a peace governed by the world agreements. He was generous with give aways, helps and loans because he believes that the humane work is Arabic and Islamic feature. He did not head to developed countries to ask for loans or grants dipped into political concessions; but he was a match and a diplomatic knowing when to move or reject the offer if it contradicted his principles. This balance, principles and adaptation ranked the kingdom high enough with world countries.
