Arabs in a global perspective

China, Russia and India triangle opted from the international political influence and made room for Europe and America to monopolize the international affairs. The political balance equation is therefore lost. The economical disruption is becoming the parameter for power influence which has become China's strategic goal when it adopted the diplomacy of trade to compensate for any fall back that enabled the Americans and Europeans to politically control the world and it is waiting for the great Leap as soon as it has raised the income of its individuals to match that of the developed and surrounding Asian countries middle class levels. This will be its dynamic and political field to reach.
Russia turned inwards on itself after the unhappy endings of the Soviet Union. It has a massive military power with a moderate economic impact. Despite its potential equivalent to America in terms of biodiversity and wealth, the problem remains in planning. Investment of its existing assets kept it a member of the Security Council which only uses the Vito in cases to proof that its size is vital as a key player.
India entered into the membership of the non-aligned movement, and has remained closer to the third world but in the midst of its late economic revolution it would rather remains a neutral country with suspicious towards its booming neighbor China with unknown aspirations. However, alliances with the United States have become its new bet. Pakistan, which is suspicious of the growing military and economic strength of India and not feeling comfortable with the growing military and economic ties with America, is moving towards its neighbor, the Chinese, to balance the American power.
We in the Arab region emotionally follow countries of advocacy to combat colonialism and the non-aligned while willingly or unwillingly subdue to Europe and America. We have seen how they intervene in the emerging situation such as the occupation of Iraqi, and the war in Libya. And kept Tunisia and Egypt to strict controls, as well as Yemen and Syria, While we did not hear a significant voice of Russia or Asia towards these events, or to send envoys to find out facts not even as a courtesy. That gave the West dimension to impose practical and political influence. Arabs policy in general is not stable and that made them to lose their natural weight as a key players to maneuver in situation such as the Palestinian issue, what is going on in the wider scene such as the uprisings in some countries, or countries with stable condition. The one side decision by the West on our issues is due to the fact that we are a nation lacking directions. All our actions are based on reactions rather than pre-planned policies. Therefore, regional countries such as Turkey, Israel and Iran have more influence on our circumstances that we do not know how to manage and deal with.
