We will not assume that we are the ideal country or the exclusive world prominence but we are one of the third world countries which enjoyed civilized properties. The most important thing is that we agreed upon social blending not preparing parties' conflicts. You can hardly find a third world country acting that way. We are not deceived by promises, but racing with projects which reflect the development known to all people. Perhaps the allocations of one project could expand from the North to the South and exceed the whole budget of 3 or 4 Arab countries. A hundred years ago, our way were not a way of disputes or conflicts. King Abdul Aziz was not interested to rule than starting the development era. He started with village and Bedouin leadership. Then he met a scientist when he was the leader then started the civilized presence not the underdevelopment desires as Yemen. King Faisal, the rare honest and objective person, was surrounded by the reckless revolution regimes all over the borders of his country. At that time the revolution was sparkling in the minds of dreamers. When King Faisal faced the borders problems, he did not face enemies in the country. All were mocking these revolutions, and suggested a modern society which was not known before. His country leads the first international Islamic meeting and he was the star in the Arab States League meetings. As a society, we are not living a loyalty deviation or distinction in the relationship between the ruler and his people. But in a family which share the Arab fame that will always remind us of the Bedouin era. It was neglected for 1300 years: the Umayyad regime, the Abbasid and Ottoman systems all were neglected; suddenly now in KSA they turned to be economy specialists, doctors and engineers. You do not need remembering the past because it is already saved in our childhood memory. More than 100 years we did not live as other Arab countries in disputes between government and society; yet we, as others, have the basics of Arab tribal but never live racist wars motivated by disputes between the government and the people. In both cases there will be injustice to some party. The regime we started with united the society according to Islamic not tribal morals. King Abdullah assured that the national dialogue is a language of discussion not conflict (as other countries) in order to develop the country and society which represents the core of Arabs.
