The Netherlands is engaged in intense negotiations with Libya in a bid to free a three-strong Dutch marine helicopter crew captured by militias loyal to embattled leader Moamer Gaddafi, government sources said Friday. According to dpa, unconfirmed media reports have also suggested that the European Union has been asked to intervene. The Dutch government on Friday declined to discuss the details of its release efforts. 'The well-being of our military now has priority,' Prime Minister Mark Rutte said.
