Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunyan, the Chairman of Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has begun to reap the fruits of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Foreign Scholarship, affirming that knowledge-based economy has become the next focus of development, especially in light of global competition. This came in his speech during "Launch for entrepreneurs in 2014 Program" organized by Shell International Company in cooperation with Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and British Council to honor the graduates of the program at Riyadh International Conference and Exhibition Centre here yesterday evening.
