Pakistan is haunted by the bin Laden dilemma. While different sources state that the United States violated Pakistan's sovereignty by entering a restricted military zone, skeptical America say that the Pakistani authorities are complicit in the protection of bin Laden and that he was receiving protection and the surveillance of the Intelligence. This argument turns to doubts which led to the withdrawal of the American Ambassador and councilors. The only justification given by America is that it is preventive measure fearing to expose its diplomats to after mass of the elimination of al Qaeda leader. Further doubts to justify the withdrawal of the U.S. ambassador may have been that it is a maneuver to ease the pressure on Pakistan in the face of bin Laden followers. Either way differences are emerging between the two coalition parties in the fight against terrorism as a result of lack of confidence. This could be a temporary situation, because the United States, without Pakistan , cannot control the al Qaeda hideouts, whether in Afghanistan or Pakistan, and the latter has something to compromise as the end of al-Qaida leader does not necessarily provide comprehensive security or curb terrorism to America or others. Addressing the exchanged recriminations between the two sides may result in settling many of the future strategies pursuant to “friends may disagree and object, but share the same objectives”. A formula which holds the interests between the equal and a framework within which such of these interests are settled. India, on the other hand, is thrilled by the killing of bin Laden and the predicament of Pakistan. A situation which may make India a key ally of the United States in the Indian subcontinent. A contention based on Pakistan being dishonest in its mutual relations. America, on the other hand, has different perspectives. It does not like to push Pakistan to be a stronger ally of China, discouraged from the fight against Terrorism, or to combat al-Qaeda and the Taliban which is a greater problem to the U.S. Room for maneuver among all parties still exist. Voices inside the U.S. Congress become louder. As much as they celebrated the killing of their opponent, they expressed their anger against Pakistan, and threatened to suspend aid and special ties. The shock was tremendous and the accusation was escalating even prior to the killing that the leadership of al-Qaeda is present in Pakistan in turn denies the allegation as having no knowledge of their whereabouts. The raid proved that he was receiving a privilege treatment and protection in a luxurious residence with the knowledge of Pakistan and its intelligence services. This places the issue under the spotlights. Many of bin Laden followers will assume that the attack would not have taken place without the help from America's agents with or without the knowledge of the Pakistani security service which facilitated his killing. Otherwise, how could four helicopters fly into a restricted military zone with many military bases and nuclear reactors, as indicated in the news, and have not have their Squadron and mission discovered or being observed by radar?. These question marks may hold the military responsible for what happened. The killing was an Israeli assassination style. The subsequences of which are yet to come, which will lead to a new reality of an unknown proceedings.
